Dear Holloman Middle School Families,

It is a great honor as your new principal to welcome you to Holloman Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year.  The tradition of excellence at Holloman Middle School will continue to embrace a “Champion Spirit” as our faculty will continue to enhance quality instruction by utilizing practical knowledge, effective strategies, and tools that foster a positive and lifelong impact on student learning. As such, we encourage our students and parents to work in partnership with us to take full advantage of the opportunities that are available.

I am excited to extend my commitment for our students to engage in a rigorous and challenging curriculum, one that allows for problem based learning to include opportunities to broaden their experiences with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).  This commitment equally affords opportunity to empower students to significantly increase their performance capabilities, increase responsibility and accountability for their own learning, to include ensuring a safe environment where students are given varied supports for social success.

As a faculty, we are committed to provide a safe and positive learning environment that serves to motivate students to do their best in the classroom as well as in other school sponsored activities they choose to participate in.  I am confident that despite change, the faculty and staff understand a “sense of family” and a “commitment beyond compliance” to individually and collectively address the bottom line… academic and social success of each student.

I look forward to meeting with you and hope that together, we can maintain a relationship that supports the success of our students.  Please feel free to call us at 575-812-6200 with any questions or concerns that you may have.  I maintain an open door policy which allows you to stop in at your convenience.
